Im doing a flywheel cover at the moment at the engineering place in my village......

One of the workers reckons it will take about 45mins on the cnc machine.

How long did it take you then????

longer than that! but i know i made it with my own two hands

Is that a new brake pedal, only ask cos mines different......

The cover does look good in the photo, you should try and add an oil window in there so you can check if it is leaking or letting water in

My yokes are polished now, just need to cut the bar mounts bigger to take fatbars

Glenn, that is too cool!

You can bevel the end of the brake lever to give just a bit more clearance(insurance)!

I have never had a problem with them leaking, but I can see how it could happen. But I do keep a spare just in case.

I will say that the newer('06 up) plastic flywheel covers seem to work much berrer at keeping dirt and water out.
