Exhaust Bracket Thingy

Featured Replies

Anyone know where i can get a strong exhaust bracket the holds the tailpipe to the mid section? You know the plastic tick shapped things.

I had one of the standard ones but the mounts snapped.

I got rid of mine ages ago, not stuck one back on at all just keep the midbox/silencer well sealed with silicone without any problems. They cost a fair bit, screws get busted and can catch on your boots sometimes. Think its there more as a heat sheild than anything else but I havent noticed me leg burning so I ve left it off.

If i am honest thats why i need to put one back on. I melted a bit of plastic on my boot and thought hum...... best get a sheild back on. As you said as soon as you come off you knock the bolts.
