May 15, 200719 yr The U shape thing that holds the connecting link together (top right in pic)... whats the best way to get it off? Seems like i could snap it if im not careful... is there a technique to this anyone? Need to replace the rubber tensioners as they a WORN lol Jza
May 15, 200719 yr Dont forget when you put it back on have the closed end of the clip facing in the direction of rotation of the chain. Like a fish swiming up stream
May 15, 200719 yr Get yourself a pair of master link pliers. They are really slick. they have an offset jaw on one side, and a half moon cut out on the other. Of course, if your cheap like me, you take an old pair of pliers and make your own!
