August 9, 200719 yr i dont wish to go into detail to much at present but i am looking for advice my bike is in for a warranty claim at present and has been there now for 4 weeks the company in question when asked whats going on continue to blame the importer for not supplying the parts were not talking small parts either i am told it needs half a crank case ??? any advice from those in the know would be greatfully received
August 9, 200719 yr First thing I'd advise is to phone Sandifords direct - 01282 428383 and let them know your position. They may, or may not, have knowledge of the issue, but as the importer they are best placed to advise. It's best to talk to them direct.

August 10, 200719 yr I don't know what the problem with your 4RT is but I did have recall on my '05, something to do with crank cases and a bolt on th kickstart. Sandifords did let dealers know which bikes needed to be recalled to save any expensive repairs! Give Sandifords a ring is your best solution.
August 11, 200719 yr Author its an 06 bike repsol so it shouldnt have had to be recalled from what ive read but to sandiford & carolines defense the bike parts have now arrived & the bike should be back together this thursday but i have now lost all faith in this bike & it will have to go im affraid :-((
