Was there any announcement that yesterday was steve colley (1 of the greatest british trials riders ever) last british championship?I couldnt go due to riding myself but if it was his last round it was a sad day?

yes there was a presentation at the end of the trial to Steve, Very sad day for the british trials scene , unfortunately on his very last section he had a five within yards of the end flag not the best way he could have finished and he did exactly the same at Hawkstone in 2006 for his last ride in the world championships.

what a shame this man has had a massive influence on alot of riders with his on the edge in control style of riding when he was in the indoor scene he was the one who started doing the big jumps and tricks that others wouldnt do what a rider and always a nice bloke to talk to always had time for you hope he doesnt give up altogether a sad day good luck in whatever he does

I believe he will be doing shows from how on.
