June 3, 200422 yr Used to have an 01 Montesa which was a great bike although it suffered a bit from clutch drag and it tended to 'pink' a fair bit when warm. Although this didn't seem to affect the way it ran. And we are now considering getting an 04 model. Can any of you Montesa experts out there advise me on what changes there have been since the 01 bike? Thanks. Eiger.
June 4, 200422 yr The front geometry is steeper making for quicker steering and the engine has gone through 3 changes, very noticable increase in power!
