Hi there, i'm new to the forum and made a return to trial riding after a 25 year lay off.

Bought a Montesa 311 cota, can anyone tell me where i can get a workshop manual either to buy or online?

P.S Does anybody know any good training grounds in the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire area?
