February 13, 200818 yr Carefully prise the brake pads apart, this will give you a bit of free play with the disc. (But remember to pump the pedal before riding!)

February 13, 200818 yr Chances are you've got the alloy wheel spacers the wrong way round, one is slightly bigger than the other that one should be disc side. Other than that your on your own! Edited February 13, 200818 yr by O.A.S motorcycles
February 14, 200818 yr Author sorted now! didnt know about the spacers,not sure which way round i got em? but i went out to the garage1 stared stared some more and then,realized the only way was to drop the wheel in from the top...doh,went in stright away,but i dont know what way round i have the spacers,but everythings turning freely,and the chain seems to be inline!
February 14, 200818 yr Is the disc running centrally in the caliper? If it's catching the side (or one side more than the other), you are off centre.
