That is not going to happen, I'm afraid.

L&M have said they're taking a break from it and no Club can afford to lay a round on these days The up-front financial outlays are beyond what a Club could afford and in the no-win, no-fee litigous country we've become, the risk assessments, health and safety and all the other bollocks of bureaucracy we've allowed to happen mean it's a non-starter.

If the state of our legal system is the issue then how can then even more litigous US, where trials is even more a minority interest lay on a round?

Andy, probably asking the wrong man here, but why do the ACU leave it to a commercial promoter to organise? I would have thought that the ACU had enough financial clout and 'expertise' to organise it themselves... or am I on the wrong planet?

Our government here has no clue what trials is.

Our neighbors (especially in tennessee) are miles appart from eachother.

The passion of the riders over here make it happen as a group effort.

Last year we had no world round.

This year we are thankful that Mr. Brown and the TTC made it happen.

And of course no ACU. Litigation really doesnt stop much for trials over here.

5 hour drives to ride with your closest buddies does.

You're right - totally wrong person to ask! :)

Not sure how accurate this info is but I have heard there is an application to run a round in Britain in 2009 by Dirt Trax?
