Do I endure the 400 mile round trip, 6hr driving, mad traffic and crowds etc to watch Steve Colley at the Scottish Motorcycle Show on the Saturday (and perhaps spend a bit on 'goodies'). Or, do I stay at home and get a bit of practice and prep the bikes for the club trial on Sunday ? Sensible suggestions appreciated as I don't have my rational head on right now (or any other time come to think of it) ! GJ

February 24, 200818 yr Author Well if your married then your wife will probably have a 3rd choice that you will end up doing I'm very lucky in that respect, Mrs Wife (well almost, the wedding's in April) has her own bike so is just as passionate as I am about all things two wheels ! It's all the driving thats bugging me. I want to go to both but the lack of motorways up my neck of the woods makes car (Landy) travel a pain in the proverbial. I'd take the bike to the show but my son wants to take his girlfriend ! Bl**dy teenagers !

February 24, 200818 yr Yes - and if you need any bike gear (road) its the place to get it - if you shop around you can get some real bargains. - trouble is you end up buying loads of stuff just because its cheap ! and Steve is brilliant at these displays!
