Leaking Oil From Clutch Side

Featured Replies

I'm not a Gasser fan, but reluctantly agreed to get the young un a 125 Pro for his move into 'B' Class. Its an 08 model and has up until this last weekend been 'trouble free'. However, after the trial had finished last Sunday, I noticed (a) Oil p***ing out of the joint between clutch cover and gearbox casing (later traced to suspect gasket) and (:rotfl: Nil oil visible in sight glass. Obviously a fair amount of oil has leaked out during the trial. It's still under warranty and the dealer is doing the gasket repair, but should I worry about the damage done (if any) to the gear box??? Has any body out there suffered similar woes???
