Thanks for that Biff.

It would be nice to have a proper manual but seems like most stuff can be worked out from the combined information sources, and I suppose its not as if trials bike are ultra high tech, or indeed normally need a lot of disassembly!

Most stuff will only go back together 1 way and in a certain order. You usually find the correct order by trial and error at times.

Couple of hints:

If it does not go easy back up and remove any other related items.

Most bolts go in 1 way for a reason so make a note of which side the bolt or allen head is on and the nut.

If in doubt of where you are going take digital photos for yourself on tear down each step of the way. (this one is the most useful)

Other than that they are a pretty simple machine in a relatively tight package.
