Rev3 Torque Settings

Featured Replies

Anyone have a list (or link to) of torque settings for the rev3?

Hi,

Have you tried here (I haven't had a search for torque settings specifically - don't most people just tighten nuts until they squeak! :hyper: )

Beta Technical pages

Shaun.

My boss at the garage I work says,he was an apprentice many moons ago working for his father in law.He was replacing a head gasket on a tractor engine and asked his father in law what torque setting for the head bolts. The reply was 'tighten then 'til they are just about to break'.

Thanks guys - I have looked on the beta page and through the manual - only figures I could find were for the fork yokes.

I have a new bike and want to check the cylinder head after its 'run in' Bit of a stickler for the right torque settings - Ill give Lampkins a ring.
