March 30, 200818 yr will a 2001 CDI work in a 2004 rev 3 ? are they the same, i dont mind having to cut some wires, IF i know it will work.
March 30, 200818 yr I had a spare one for an 03 270. A friend couldn't get one for his 04 200 so he took mine and threw it in, and believe it or not it worked. I'm not an expert on electrics so I don't know how or why it worked. Did two trials on it since and no problems. I know there was two different wiring setups but not sure what year it changed... but if it has the same connectors and you don't have to do any messing with wires I'd try it.
January 1, 200917 yr Just bumping this because I need some help, the wirings all the same apart from the 01 has a white wire and different connections, what do we need to do?
