Do the shark fin type sprocket guards fit rev3's as early as 2000 or is it just the newer models?

I don't seem to have any fixing points for one but I could be wrong as I haven't actully seen one in the flesh/plastic.

I know they're only cheap but no point buying one to find out I can't fit it.

If they do fit, where's the best place to get one, the 'bay of E' or does someone on here sell them (thought I saw someone making them)?

Any help much appreciated.

if you look on the underside of the swinging arm where the shark fin should be then it should be quite apparent if there is a fixing point, it is a tab with two tapped holes, approximate 50mm x 10mm 2 2mm in size.

If there isn't one there then the shark fin won't fit without any modification.

Ok, thanks Bob. That's what I pressumed the mount should be. There's no lug for the guard to fit to. Oh well.
