The previous owner was using a mix of Castrol TTS at 1:72 or 1.4%. Is this too weak? The manual says 2%. 2. The bike has started overheating due, it seems, to the radiator fan not running. mikee Posted June 16, 2008 Report Share Posted June 16, 2008 Couple of links you might want to have a look at..gas gas and this one gas gas I've just rebuilt my 2005 pro 250 with new mains and gear box bearings and found both the links very help full. Sorry can't give you more help with torque setting, but i just do it by feel with good spanners. I run 55ml of TTS to 5 lilters of shell V-power.
