July 1, 200818 yr stop all the searching and contact gasgas direct GAS GAS MOTOS LIMITED 33 Harpur Hill Business Park, Harpur Hill Buxton, Derbyshire SK17 9JL United Kingdom Tel: (44) 01298 766813 Fax: (44) 01298 766816 http://www.gasgasuk.com/
July 2, 200818 yr If it were me, and the crack is not in a stressed location (not around the kickstart area) then I'd probably clean the hairline crack up and araldite it with 24 hour cure, leaving the cover in the oven on low heat, about 80C for a few hours. If I lived up the north of England, I'd look up Derek Whites, 100% bril. South I'd use BVM. (Well, anything below Hull is South isn't it!) Ta ta, PeterB.
July 2, 200818 yr Author that's great and aye im a north east lad. the crack is right next to the bolt so it look's like a new one will be needed. Thanks lads.
