Can anyone tell me the correct ohms reading on my '67 T20M ignition coil? I read 1.8 ohms from ground to input lead on the secondary. (all wires disconnected).

Also I would like the reading from the 5 alternator wires. I have a black/white, black/yellow, brown, brown/blue and red.

I get now spark at the plug. My bike has side points and no battery. I have a repair book but it is no help.

Being a positive ground system, will any other single coil work?

I want to keep the stock ignition system because my bike is street legal.
