    was pretty straight forward, had to remove gear selector and kickstart, then remove the clutch casing and gear cover. removed the plastic waterpump gear and removed and inspected the pump shaft.

    Replaced the worn seal with a new one, then reversed the procedure.

    Obviously you need to have drained the gear oil and coolant before you start.
