Did anyone else notice the Beta's at one of the Olympic Events.

Yes we Beta few at the olympics, third in the tables.

And well done to the UK for finishing 4th.

I noticed them using one for the Marshall in the MTB race

I would have been well chuffed to get around that MTB course on my Sherco! hats off to the dudes with peddles

Saw them a few times in the women's cross country mountain bike race, an '03 (yellow) and a red fender model. Also thought I saw a Montesa. Near the end of the race, two trials bikes were real close to a couple of XC riders, a trials bike bonked off a rock and sped up. CBC anouncers mentioned something about those 'motocrossers' Could hear the Beta exhaust note through most of the race too.

Me too. The Marshall was also parked at the last turn to the finish and was on camera a lot and the chopper shots from above showed them running around the course. Pretty cool.
