October 15, 200817 yr Hello all.. I built a 2 stroke bicycle. However, I am looking for a different gas tank for it. I found one I really like that are standard on another builders bike. They won't tell me where they got them. Does anybody recognize this tank? Here is a link to their website. I promise I am not affiliated with these guys at all!! October 15, 200817 yr Neither type of tank shown in the slide show looks like anything I've seen on a modern motorcycle. My guess would be that both shapes are recently made and purpose built to go on a bicycle and the especially ugly shape with the side bulges is intended to appear like something from a 1960s Eastern bloc motorcycle. They are probably made from fibreglass.

October 15, 200817 yr Probably custom design, although they look like something off a mid-60s Japanese bike. You can always try Clarke and if you don't see what they have on their site, they probably have something "in the back".
October 15, 200817 yr But ya gotta admit , the bikes are just to cool ! Bet he can't build enough of them for the " IN " crowd .... Starting at 3500.00 usd.... The beaches will be full of them next summer , till someone abuses the laws on one , then the rules will change ! Glenn
