Its a 315 model with a 250cc engine i'd say a 1998 model. Its a little odd the owner didn't know the engine size or bikes spec.
November 12, 200817 yr If those fork tubes are black (can't be sure from your photo') that would make the bike a 1999 model. All 315's are 250cc standard ,as previously mentioned. I had a '98 a while ago and it was fab'...a great piece of kit....enjoy!
November 12, 200817 yr agreed 1998 montesa 250, this model is called a 315R, that may have created the confusion on the engine size
November 12, 200817 yr It's a 1999 250cc Montesa 315r just like mine! The black fork legs give it away as a '99 - unless it's had the front end changed of course.
