I have been told that i need a camara with a "speed program" ?

Can anyone help me out... are these things dear?? :)

    I think that they some times call it "Sports Mode". You deffinitely want one with as little shutter delay as possible. I am used to a film camera and have gotten lots of pictures of bikes and riders hidden by trees with my digital camera

    I'm using a Sony DSC-S85 which has a feature where you can preset the camera by pointing it at where the subject will be, hold the shutter button partially down and when the subject gets there, it will take the picture without delay. I think all Sony's have this as well as many other cameras. I had a Nikon with the same feature but the shutter button was too touchy.
