My bike got stolen and recovered 2 years ago. Unfortunately the gearbox was shattered, literally! I have bought all the bits and put it back together. Now I am trying to get the two main casings to join up. I have got it all soooo close but the last half turno on all of the allen keys and everything stops spinning. Any body got any ideas? Anybody in the Edinburgh area prepared to earn a few quid putting it together because it is driving me demented!

You might want to move this to the gas gas section.

Sounds like the kick start spring is not in place right.

Thanks Mikee. I think I've spotted what I did wrong already. I'll give it another go tomorrow and let you know. How do I move this to the Gas Gas section?
