January 20, 200917 yr Saw one somewhere, cant think where. It was a small plastic thing the size of a filter that splits in the middle to make removing your tank easier... No idea where to find one though. Anybody seen them/know where they can be bought?
January 20, 200917 yr Author There the ones... cheers! Anybody used them? If so post your experiences with them please, they look as if they may reduce flow slightly? Edited January 20, 200917 yr by shercoman2k8
January 20, 200917 yr I have used ones like these a few years ago on road race bikes. if they can flow enough fuel for a yzf750 at the TT they will be ok for a trials bike. however, they must be kept clean or can give problems with seating and sealing.
January 28, 200917 yr Author Another Question, how much would a set of ceriani forks like on the sherco cost? no need for yokes! Recovering one of my old bikes from its firey death!
January 31, 200917 yr Be careful, some of those connectors only cut the fuel on one side. In most cases that's not a problem. On my Bultacos they have a crossover tube which makes it necessary to use a connector that blocks both sides.
