Scorpa 250 2 Stroke Rotax

Featured Replies

anyone point me in the direction of where I can download a workshop manual for a scorpa 250 98/99 rotax 250cc ???

I've got a problem with the front brake -- it dont work, so far I have these clues, master cylinder Half Full ( So i'll top it up) no visible leaks anywhere on the whole system, pads still have plenty on them, unscrewing bleed valve on caliper reveals fluid. pulling brake lever which looks ok with the bleed valve open produces nothing. Removed brake lever and caliper assembly and no signs of damage- any advice anybody ??

Cheers

PS it was crashed and ended up on its right side so something could have been damaged.

Give it a quick bleed, only takes 5 minutes if done properly, if this doesnt help try adjusting the levers, the push rod into the master cylinder adjusts slightly, not sure how on the scorpa but if its an ajp it should just involve a spanner on the wee nut by the lever blade!!

As you said it was dropped on the right side, front brake lever, just make the nut hasnt been knocked loose!
