March 10, 200917 yr Author Sunday will see to that! If i can sort out the throttle return - since i pout it back together its seems to stick open. I seem to remember buggering around with a cable shroud by teh Carb though, so hopefully that is it.
March 11, 200917 yr Author I guess you are joking - but can you elaborate - what should i look out for? Cant wait for teh clocks to go back - does my head in having to wait until Saturday to look at/work on teh bike. (no leccy in garage)
March 12, 200917 yr Throttle cable needs to be routed spot on when replacing the tank. Something to check first, I found it was the cable having being pulled out of the sleeve near the carb. Just needs to be pushed in if it is. Edited March 12, 200917 yr by tt5th
March 12, 200917 yr Author CHeers TT - sounds about right, although from what i remember - it looked like it WAS out of the sleeve and i (thought!) that i had put it back. "if it aint broke, dont fix it" springs to mind
