Whats the technique for removing the roller bearings in the swinging arm and rear suspension? Is heat recommended or do they just drift out?

    Hi,i use a smaller size socket and press them out on a vice.

    you need a big socket behind it in the vice to push the bearing into, otherwise you will be pushing into the vice jaws. A hot air gun helps as alu expands more than a steel bearing
