March 17, 200917 yr HI just bought 125 rev3 for my son and have a rattling noise from the bottom end or may be the stater case, can any one help.
March 18, 200917 yr What year is it? and what kind of rattling? high pitch or low? When I first got mine the kick start was vibrating against the exhaust due to the way it was assembled. Made a nice tink tink tink sound. After 6 months I got a bunch of clicking grinding like noise and that was because the water pump gear decided to pop off its shaft... The 08 beta's also have a pretty nasty sounding clutch? kinda like a dry clutch haha. Edited March 18, 200917 yr by AirFruit
March 18, 200917 yr Author 2000 beta it sounds like a rattel and i dont think its the clutch itson the other side
