what mixture would you run a mar on modern oil? the origanal mixture was 32/1.have been told it should be 40 to 1 but my mate runs a greaves scottish and runs it on 50 to1 and has never had a problem,also my bike seems to like a hotter plug.should be a ngk B8ES according to the book but mine runs great on a BP6ES.any ideas ?

    Hi You can safely use 50 - 1 ratio on a MAR - works fine on Motul or Belray synthetic - no problems. Brian H
