April 21, 200917 yr Local rumour has it that Dougie here pressed the lever a tad too hard, whilst cold and went flying into some shelves/boxes, killing 5th gear! That is why the previous owner wont take it back! Something tells me bent shifter fork? Not too hard a Job if you have a whole day on your hands, means splitting the cases though! If you look at the gas gas help videos on youtube the ones named "engine repair" cover this, same method on the gas gas and sherco, few bolts may be in different places but same procedure!
