March 31, 200917 yr Vertical.45 degrees. Horizontal. Any opinions?? I like mine about 10-15+ degrees up from horizontal. It makes it easier to hook the boot toe to shift up and down and it also allows the folding tip to do it's job. If the tip is up too far, it won't be able to fold correctly if it hits something. Jon
March 31, 200917 yr Good point Jon. I was considering fitting mine in a more vertical position... up out of the way I thought. I'm going to leave it where it is now, just above horizontal.
