Hi Guys,

Ive just found your site and joined. Ive been around bikes my enitre life and currently own a few. Ive had a myriad of vintage and modern dirt bikes but I am new to trials, I know the major manufacturers and models from over the years, though Id never owned one. So I recently traded an old dirt bike I had around for a pretty decent 1985 Beta TR32 roller out of pure interest. I am wondering if someone has a good source for a 250 engine for it or if you can tell me what other engines would fit with some work. Are these engines next to impossible to find? Any suggestions? Kind of hoping for this to be a project bike. Located in Iowa USA

Congratulations on your Beta.

Tha engine parts are common to the TR33 and TR34 Betas so spares are fairly easy to come by. (at least in Europe)

In the UK Steve Goode Motorcycles (google it) is very good for spares. Or try John Lampkin at Beta UK

The only problem I had with mine was a duff motoplat ignition.

Check underside of swing arm to see if it is cracked near the holes used to locate the side stand.

I have an OEM rubber spid plate pad. Told it was for a TR34. will it fit the others?
