marko Posted April 15, 2009 Report Share Posted April 15, 2009 hi, im only days away from buyin another bike. i currantly have a 03 txt pro. my replacement is a 06 txt pro 300, ive heard that they are tempermental when warm. shud i just stick with my own bike as it never lets me down and always start on the second kick? any feedback would be greatfull cheers marko. totalshell Posted April 15, 2009 Report Share Posted April 15, 2009 the question when buying anything is ' what is the opportunity cost?' by buying something new what will you gain? and what will you lose? list both and make your decision for example gains new 06 bike confidence new bike brings losses 1800 quid reliable old bike i did just the same when offered a 'new' 250 4t recently and went from a sure thats for me! to a what do i really gain that equals the 3K spend..
