spike123 Posted April 30, 2009 Report Share Posted April 30, 2009 Had the same problem earlier this year ,it appears to be a bad batch of castings,the replacement kick start was slightly different to the original I guess Beta have had a number of similar problems on the 4t.... jagman Posted April 30, 2009 Report Share Posted April 30, 2009 Yes yes. There is a replacement kit including a new kick start axis. Was quite far away when it broke so luckily the 4 strokes are easy to push start. They also have had problems with the kick start gears (wheel/sprocket); which they also have a replacement kit for. This one is bit trickier to change as you have to remove the clutch basket...
