There is a story behind that flash of wallet inner lining!

Our lad, David (or 'Feet-up Dave' as he is now called by the Huddersfield Clan), got round a very wet Scottish Six Days Trial. His Mum (Wee Jean) and I agreed that if he did the business and got round, finished, then he was entitled to a bonus! A bonus may I say I didn't get when I managed a very wet SSDT in 1977...

I was invited on to the finish podium by 'Arch' & 'Mose' for comments on the week, just as David arrived and so I surprised him, by announcing that he had earned a bonus for his ride at the Scottish, he could choose any new bike of his choice from dealer Highland Leisure Sport.

What did he do? He chose a new Montesa 4RT, dearest sodding bike on the planet, but a great bike for the SSDT!!!

What can I say?

BJ Wallet will be a bit lighter for a while methinks!!!

Big John

Thought the radio show John did was really good and he was excellent at the awards presentation.

well perhaps a little cheeky, no flash photography indeed........

Well done MC Moffat

Well done MC Moffat

That'll be the ''MOFFSTER''!!

Well done Big John great listening

The Moffat Wallet......see, it does open...even has Jean's pic in there, sweet. ( I'll let the Moffster himself tell the story)

I've seen inside it too and, worse, he's got a picture of young men in there - I know, I was one of them.
