jojotut Posted May 20, 2009 Report Share Posted May 20, 2009 Anyone help on this one, I have a 198a with an unstamped engine that works fine (but looks like someone has taken the number off deliberately!) found a pair of similar numbered engine "198a" casings to match the frame number, started stripping the unstamped engine that fits into the frame fine and just wondered before I get carried away if all the internals will fit into the "a" engine? I am told that some of the internals are slightly different but not to sure which ones. I think I need a shorter kick start shaft and a slimmer outer casing if anyone can help.
