I thought i would post a few pics of my nearly finished bike,im waiting for tank decals,front brake cable,tank straps and a LH footpeg return spring.

Purchased as a non runner 1 month ago i have replaced

rear wheel bearings,

machined new swing arm bushes from phosphor bronze with stainless steel swivel pins and new seals

Replaced nearly all nuts and bolts with Stailess steel

Overhauled the shock absorbers

Home made stainless steel handlebars

New brake and clutch levers

New air filter

All main parts cleaned and polished

I have the original Amal levers in good condition that came on the bike but decided to change them as i will probarbly fall off a fair bit with being new to the sport.

Total cost including purchase of bike to date

very nice, doesnt look like its done alot, be kind.
