Cumberland County Mcc host the 6th round of the Novogar series on Sunday 7th June at Newbiggin Near Brampton Cumbria. The Alan Trophy trial is also a round of the National over 40 championship.

2009 will be the first time that a 50/50 route will be introduced aimed at increasing the entry numbers and should appeal to competent Clubman riders. The natural streams, rocks and banks which normally feature in the 2 x ten mile laps of 22 sections will now have an alternative route by-passing the biggest steps and waterfalls. It is also thre intention to run the trial without roadwork.( Subject to confirmation)

The Alan is a good traditional trial with great natural sections, a good lap, great scenery and should not be missed.
