Gg Exhaust

Featured Replies

hi

ive got a problem, my front pipe on my bike doesnt seem to seal where the exhaust goes into the barrel. it seems that the gasket doesnt hold the exhaust tight and seal it properly which causes a leak and also a loose frontpipe even with the bolts tightened fully. im just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how i can get the exhaust to seal, ive thought about using two gaskets as theres quite abit of space between the exhaust end and the back of the hole where the gasket sits, would this work or not and do you have any other ideas that would solve the problem?

thanks

coxy

The best way is to remove the barrel file 1mm off flange face clean barrel and refit
