Hi, I've just bought 07 beta rev 3-270 and want to change gearbox oil. Now I have Motul transoil 10w30, but I read that many riders use Dexron III ATF. This oil is very ceap here in Slovenia..20 liter comes 8 euros..Full name:ATF DEXRON III/MERCON.

Motul transoil comes one liter 10 euros..

So, can I use this ceaph oil in my Beta?

Gday, ATF should be fine in the Beta. It is what I use in mine.

ATF is fine in most bikes,defo in Beta's, Ive used it for years and the clutch feels better for it. Change it often and as you say its nice and cheap
