August 7, 200917 yr basically i need a new rear wheel for my 06 beta rev3 due to the hub breaking . So is there any other rear wheel off other makes or models that will fit or should i just hang about for a beta one ? cheers Adam.
August 7, 200917 yr Hi Adam How did the hub break?? Could you not get a new hub and relace the wheel.?
August 7, 200917 yr Author one of the bolt holes were the sprocket is attatched to the hub was already damaged when i bought the bike. Over a period of time it has most likely weakend and eventually snapped all together. And looking at the prices of new hubs and plus price of getting the wheel built i would of thougt it would be cheeper to just buy a second hand wheel. Any advice welcome, cheers Adam.
August 8, 200917 yr There will be a rev 3 wheel out there somewhere, think its the only one that will fit.
August 11, 200917 yr the best wheel for a rev3 is an old techno wheel they have 6 bolts on the sprocket side and the spokes are on an internal lip so no leaking rim problems
