hi there can anyone help? ive just got hold of a rtx 125 trials bike 2 stroke

it was a non runner, told coil was us,fitted a universal 6v but no spark

when i kick over and put meter on the two cables from (i think its the sater coil with magnets on crank ) i read 0-6v

these cables go stright to the coil.

am i missing points? or is this right?

if i put 6v on to coil and switch on/off still no spark

please can any one help ie with darwing,or advice
