September 5, 200916 yr Hi iv just got my fist trials bike and been out finding my feet a bit today, but im having problems finding neutral when the bike is running..... Is this normal or is there a problem? find it fine when the bike is off. Cheer

Cheer It's pretty normal, it's kinda like a safe guard to stop you knocking it into neutral when in a section, nothing worse! Change the gearbox oil regualarly and you shouldnt have any problems in that department. Just shove it up and down gently between 1st and 2nd and you should slot into neutral. Use your hand, normally easier.
September 6, 200916 yr Hi, it easy to find neutral as long as the bike is still moving (rolling, adcvancing?!), i.e. short before you stop. having the 1st gear, slightly lift the gear lever with the foot. Sorry for my English, I am German. Yours
