I have a Sammy Miller hoop type mudguard stay but I have no idea what it fits. The only identification mark is a digit 3 stamped into one of the mounting lugs. It looks similar to the TY80 type advertised on the Sammy Miller website. Distance between mounting holes is 7cm

Can anyone suggest what it should fit please ?
