Help Identifying The Model Kt250 Kawasaki 75?

Featured Replies

A friend who is not that handy with forums and other complex matters just browses and email has one of these bikes which he might be selling but doesn't know how original this is and what year it is.

I'd say the seat is not original, the rest seems fine.

The bike is for sale in MD but he is trying to appraise its value, any input is welcomed.

I cant tell you much as far as price goes but i can tell you the seat is a trail add on you could buy when they were new depending on the condition of the whole bike i would say about $1000 give or take. i would love to buy it but im a wee bit short on funds B)

The engine and frame numbers would be helpful for ID

The shape of the bike is quite distorted probably by the camera or reshaping of the photo so it is hard to tell if the frame has been chopped. Forks rake appears very steep.

Paint scheme is mostly 1975 KT250A1

I'm assuming MD is in the US

Value depends a lot on mechanical condition
