Hi there. Am planning to re-pack my rev 4 silencer. I've allways used the stringy loose type packing on my two strokes but this is the first time I've re-packed a four stroke silencer. Is the stringy loose stuff any good for 4 strokes ? Any thoughts ?

There is no packing in the exhaust. It is all metal plates (baffles) and tubes.

If you take the end cap off the stock rev 4 you'll see it is sealed, the factory accessory muffler can be repacked.
