December 28, 200421 yr I guess its only fair to put this post here where the Beta fans go!! Just had a go on an 05 Beta. I'm not a great rider, but I was AMAZED how much easier it felt than my 02 Beta...AND than the 05 Sherco I recently tried. I guess the reason I'm saying this is, if anyone has the money and is hesitating to by a new Beta ........DONT...if I win the lottery, I'll be going straight out to buy one...or maybe even 2

December 28, 200421 yr Well i've got one, but the down point is i had to pay for it myself. But that doesn't matter because it is one of the best bike i think for 05. Like stu said if you wont one and have the money I would say buy one NOW!! Gavin

December 28, 200421 yr really want one especially as it could be one of the last 2 strokes. probelm is just bought a 50 scooter in the summer and will want a car and insurannce tests etc next summer. oh well have to stick to my 02.

December 29, 200421 yr Stu: I see you are a Beta man for sure! I have owned a total of 5 in my time and have ridden them more than any other brand. I never liked the Rev models since they have come out. Never felt right to me. I can see how you would notice a big diff between your 02 and even the 04. The 04 is the first one I ever rode that I liked. Had a quick ride on one at the beginning of the year and it felt good. Then, back a couple of weeks ago I got to ride one a bit more, (thanks to Outlaw Dave) in my backyard riding area when I was setting up my trial. Really, really like it! Like to try one of these 05's now! Cheers, Steve

I really liked the 04 (tried a friends here)...and although the 05 is MASSIVELY better than my 02, its is also noticeably better than the 04 (in my HUMBLE opinion...I'm only really a wobbler).....can't believe how Beta can keep making it better and better...to a point where someone of my ability can notice it!
