January 25, 201016 yr If you mean the yellow background, I get mine from a trailer supplier and cut it too size. I can get four trials bike sized backgrounds from one normal plate sticker. It has been clamped down on recently, you used to be able to get them from Halfords but they are a bit funny about number plates now.
January 25, 201016 yr Why not go down the cut to fit plastic butter or spread box route ..it's already yellow you can mount it under the mudguard presenting a vertical face (albeit undersize). You can get 2 out of one tub and do your sandwiches for a week for same price.
January 25, 201016 yr Just make a square in microsoft word, enter your reg. number centred in the square, colour the background yellow and stick it on with some clear protective sheet - easy!
