Help With Heavy Clutch

Featured Replies

my 125 pro 2004 clutch has become harder to pull, it was lighter the last couple of rides. The bike has not done a great deal from new. Is this a common problem. Thanks.

Sometimes, swelling of the o-rings in the servo cylinder may cause the heavy clutch pull. You might want to consider replacing them and checking the clutch finger measurement as a clutch pack that is too thin will also cause these symptoms.

Jon, Thank you for the help, you are spot on. Fitted the new O rings & bled the clutch, it feels a great deal lighter, better than ever.

Thanks again,
